Title: Help! Can't connect to my PC. Authentication Rejected!

Hi. Having a big problem here. PC is in a very remote location, and I must have access to it.
I noticed red exclamation point next to TV tray icon, but did not pay attention to it. Decided to check for new version, it gave me choice of updating to v6 or v7. Chose v7. That was the last time I was able to login.
Now I get Authentication Rejected message every time I try to login. I know that my password is 100% correct.
Please help!

is there anyone at the remote location that can reboot the system?
