Title: File Transfer resume doesn't seem to work

If I'm transferring a large file from the remote to my local machine and I get disconnected there will be a partial file on my local computer. When I restart teamviewer and try to begin the transfer again it complains with the message "File xyz already exists. What do you want to do". Then I can cancel the operation or choose to overwrite the partial file, but their is no "resume the transfer" option! Yes the change log indicates that file transfer automatic resume has been a teamviewer feature since version 4. Why can't I get this to work?
