Title: teamviewer keeps saying authentication failed when i know my pass word is correc

I cant remote access my computer from my galaxy s2 because it says my authenticarion is wrong when i know it is correct. When i try again it says i have wait  20000 seconds due to numerous failed attempts. I dont understand why.

Be very area that many keyboards on these phones AUTO capitalize the first letter in a word when you start to type. you may have to manually hit the up arrow button once to force it to type a small case as a first letter.
if that doesn't work, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling.
I have no issue using the same phone.
