Title: A connection could not be established. Reason unknown.

I have a Lenovo laptop using Windows 7.  On my initial attempt at using remote control, I was given the above error message.  I did some research and learned that it might be helpful if the other computer in the network temporarily disabled their anti virus.  We did that and then I was able to establish a connection.  In a matter of minutes the connection was dropped and since we have not been able to establish a connection again.  What else should we try to do?

sometimes just uninstalling and reinstalling TV resolves the issue.
Have you tried that?
