Just wondering if anyone else with a corporate license of teamviewer experienced this issue. It looks like all my connection logs have disappeared.

Are you talking about in Team Manager 8 the program or on the beta.teamviewer.com?
I checked both and all today's calls (about 30 of them) show up on both
If you are talking about the on-line - Check the Top right corner and see if your ID AND your Company name are there
