Teamviewer crashed yesterday and I have been unable to link my 2 computers since. I've re-installed the prog again and even gone back to version 7 but continually get:
A connection could not be established
The teamviewer id **** you have entered does not exist
I have definitely put the codes in correctly
can anyone help ?

don't use any spaces when you retype the ID numbers.
Have you reinstalled on all machines?

yep, re-installed on both machines, no gaps in the id number.
