Hello,
I'm using Teamviewer and am very pleased with it. But I always had a problem with audio. The Voice over IP option is low quality and the PC audio options says that the Teamviewer version of the remote computer doesn't support external audio. Now, today I was at that remote computer and connected to my computer here at home. I was surprised to hear all audio in good quality. Both computers are running Teamviewer version 8.0.16642
My remote computer's OS is Windows XP professional, and my computer at home runs W7 Premium.
Does anybody know why it works only in one direction ? And is there anything that can be done about it ?

could be the quality of the microphone that is being used on the remote computer.
I presume it has one built into the webcam?
Check the audio properties to make sure the volume is set correctly for the microphone on the remote system.

No, I only want to hear the PC's audio, not that of the microphone. When I am present at the remote PC all audio works as expected.
And it is especially that the Teamviewer version of the remote computer doesn't support external audio that is stange...
