Title: How to lock visible area to a certain window?

Sometimes I want to let other people have access to my computer.
But not the whole desktop area but only one particulaer window (e.g.Firefox browser window).

How can I tell my local TV installation to show ONLY the current Firefox window to remote users when they login?
