Title: Your TeamViewer client isn't compatible with your account.
Post by: timdense on February 24, 2013, 10:13:36 AM
I get this error:

"Your TeamViewer client isn't compatible with your account. Please update your client. It's not required to update to TeamViewer 8, it's sufficient to update to the latest version within Teamviewer 4,5,6 or 7",

but I am running TV7.  Is there a workaround for this?

Since you have a paid license you should get quick response form the support team at the link in my signature, go to that link and submit a support ticket using the commercial users/technical support section.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Version 5, and it worked again.
