Title: Accessibility questions

Have any blind or low vision people used TV? I'm fully sighted but a member of a rural chapter of a blind and low vision organization and we're looking for a means to conduct remote meetings for those members who have trouble with transportation, specially during the winter.

I'd like a package thats easy enough for relatively low skilled computer and mobile device users and accessible with screen readers. I'm posting here because we'll be using Microsft, Linux, mobiles and perhaps a Mac or two and I want to cover as many bases as possible.
