Title: Strength of password

If I want to set up a "personal" password that would be constant, what is the amount of characters, numbers & letters I can use. I tried to set up one but it keeps defaulting back to the original password.

If this is in the unattended access setup screen...

Both passwords will work, the one that shows on the remote screen, and the one set in 'unattended access'

I've not seen a password fail to work, but I haven't tested especially short passwords. Certainly six alpha characters all lower case works fine.

I'll ck it out. I was using a 12 or 14 characters, numbers & letters password. I'd change to my new password but when I would open Tv again, the older password was there.
