In either the free or the licensed version.
I'm new to TV after using Logmein for awhile. I prefer it overall but in Logmein you can automatically set these preferences so that you don't have to do it every time you connect.
Is there a way to do it in TV?

Which version of TV have you been using?
Are you connecting to a machine that has administrative user or a normal user logged on.
In Computers and contacts, right click on the machine and select 'properties', then 'advanced', then 'Remote input'

I'm using the free version.
Logging into PC with admin windows account. But sometimes when I login it will be in a standard user's account and I have to switch it it.
I tried that setting and it works sometimes but not others. Can't figure out when it works or doesn't so it's not reliable.
