Title: Saved Computers keep going offline
Post by: eirek1234 on April 16, 2013, 09:41:23 AM
I have two computers that I am using remotely and I've entered in my account details and they still active for a day or so then go into an offline status.  The computers are still on and teamviewer is still running.  If I add them again to my account I then have two 'computers' in my teamviewer, 1 active and 1 not active, however after 24 hours or so it also goes inactive.

Does anyone know why they keep losing visibility?

I don't know, but my guess is that they need to 'heartbeat' back to the Teamviewer servers.
Do these remote computers power down, or power down the hard drives.

Neither the computer nor the hard-drives have been shut down.

I'm not talking about 'shut down'.
I'm talking about the 'turn hard drives off' settings in the control panel >> power settings

Are they going to sleep? Check the power options.
