Title: CONNECTING but no answer

HI gurus well I have the regular Teamviewer 8
no commercial
I've been connected to a remote computer all day working on a project
but then suddenly close and I cannot connect now, it says connecting... but no password is asked nothing happens! please help!!

do you have the ability to speak with someone at the location of the remote computer?
Have them reboot it, reboot your system in the mean time and try again.
