Title: Best practices for unattended login?
Post by: timofcourse on June 18, 2013, 06:46:26 AM
Im new TeamViewer and looking for some guidance on how people are using login accounts for unattended access.

We have two main uses for TeamViewer: access to servers and to my team's laptops (who a couple of us provide technical support for). What do you all recommend be used for a TeamViewer login account for unattended access on those machines? Should I use my personal TeamViewer login account? Should I create a "team" account? Also, how are Windows login accounts leveraged here and should I consider using that as an option to login?

Thanks for any suggestions!

i would suggest that you keep separate accounts for personal and business use.
