A remote computer that was working fine with Linux TeamViewer now doesn;t show the connection.
The remote user has the ID and password, the computer apears online and then immediately goes offline.
They are connected to the router by cable and all other connectivity is fine.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
They are using Ubuntu.
