i watch video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ExNeQD1Dy8 and i want to control my phone like this but my phon is ZTE BLADE 3 it's not samsung :( is ther way to use this app on ZTE like in this video

if the ZTE is android i would think it would work in the same manner.
