Hello guys, i recently bought teamviewer as basically a donation (i only use it myself). I have a few computers i've used it on atm.

Now, i'm having this problem in which i get the error: "The screen cannot be captured at the moment.  This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnectedd/minimized remote desktop session.

Obviously, the problem isnt either that it gave. In fact, TV works fine normally. Its just when i launch a GAME in Windowed mode, that i get this error.
The problem isn't TV, its something with the computer probably. As IF i switch the remote host around, That computer can see my windowed GAME perfectly.

I recently installed Windows XP on said computer, and feel it's just some program i need to install (like framework or somthing) But framework is installed.

I've installed all windows updates on the computer & restarted. I've still got the problem.



TL;DR version:
I'm getting the error when i launch a game i'm trying to play in windowed mode. If i launch the same game on this computer tho, the other one can see it fine.
I think theres something i need to install to get it to work? (pre requisites)
TV works perfectly fine until I open the game.

*Fullscreen doesnt work

I get the 'fast user switching' message when the remote user is logged of, or during the remote log in process.
I often use TV to connect to computers playing full screen games.

I suspect that your issue is the way that this particular game uses the video stream. Have you tried TV with another game...

The reason for it not working is NOT the game.


If i switch remote, The computer that gets the error can perfectly see the SAME game. The problem is I need to controll the other computer, not mine.

So where is the game running?
On the computer near to you, or the one remote from you?

Ok i have 2 computers

Computer 1= Left
COmputer 2= Right

I'm using the right computer.
Im trying to control The Left computer.

I get the Error on the left computer, but not on the right computer

The game is on both computers. i'm trying to multiclient, but the game doesnt allow it to run more than once.

so what if you go 'not full screen' on the left computer

I've tried full screen and 800x600 windowed mode on the game, both still give me the error.
