I have a Windows virtual machine set up using VMWare on a Mac. I have TeamViewer set up for unattended access on the Windows virtual machine. I have both the mac and windows OS set so they never go to sleep. TV constantly stops working (it shows the machine as active but when i try to connect it says it cannot) and in order to get it working again I need to either close and reopen it on the host, or on occasion reboot the windows VM. This is driving me crazy as I desperately need this to work reliably. While this is happening I am able to connect via TV on the Mac side with no issues. BUT that does me no good, this is for a bookkeeper and I need her to be able to access the Windows VM directly.
I purchased the paid corporate version for what it's worth.
Any suggestions for what I need to do to stop the TV on the VM from dropping
Thanks

Have you updated to latest version since you purchase.
I had a couple that were doing that intermittently, that seem to be good at the moment
