Title: Win7 and win8 problem

Has anyone else came across this problem
I have a bunch of machines in a remote office I was able to connect to them no problem when they were XP, this week they were upgraded to Win8 machines and I can see them but they always seem to show offline is there something that has changed that I need to do ? I have just noticed today that there is a Win7 machine in the mix and its just the same unable to connect to it its version8 TV at both ends

I connect to many win7 and win8 machines

Perhaps since the 'upgrade' from XP they need Teamviewer reinstalled

Sorry should have also said these are all in my list of computers in my groups, if I get someone at the other office to invite me there is no problem it's when I want to remote and there is nobody in the other office

I'd still run the unattended host setup again
