I think that when you are logged on in quick support, you need to download Teamviewer main on the remote computer and then install.
Only I expect that it won't let you install while you are connected - I would expect that the remote user must exit the quick support session and then they must run the normal (or host) installer.

If you want the user just to install the host version, create a custom HOST installer and then 'talk' the user through the very easy install process. Sort of similar to guiding them to the quick support option.
