Title: Unable to open Teamviewer Session recording file

Hello, I am trying to open a teamviewer session (.tvs) file that was recorded in the past. But I keep getting "The session player file <file> could not be opened."

Somebody please help.

try restarting the system and trying again.
How are your trying to open it?  From within teamviewer?

If not, i would send a request to support in the link in my signature and see if they respond
