Title: Disable second window "Computer & Contacts" at startup?

Whenever I start TV then always a second window appears automatically:

Computer & Contacts

How can I forever disable this window?

log out, and then close that window, and TV should remember that choice for next time the program opens

try closing the window, then logging out.

Does not work either.

Even worse: I never logged in (so I cannot log out).

Is there no cmdline flag "-hidecontactswindow" or similar?

Is this special for portable version of TV?
