Hi all, I am using a Surface RT to access my PC remotely. When first connecting to the PC, the image quality is very poor (see image 1). However, after I disconnect and then reconnect and wait for about a minute, the image quality suddenly improves (image 2). I have tried adjusting the screen resolution but with no avail. Does anyone else seem to have this problem? What can I do to fix the problem? It gets annoying to have to connect, disconnect, reconnect every time.
