Title: Why TeamVIewer doesn't work internationally for me??

I can't connect to Italy from USA. I have 4 pc in USA which I can connect with no problem.

I have 1 more PC in Italy which I try to connect from USA but it say:

"A connection could not be establish.

The TeamViewer ID xxxxxxxxx you have entered does not exist."

How can I connect to that PC in Italy? please help

often that error is because the ID has been typed in incorrectly.
make sure the ID is correct, erase and retry the ID.

Thank you for answering but I have already checked many time before posting here on forum. I do have the correct ID. However for some reasons, the teamviewer in Italy is in italian and the ID starts with 2xx xxx xxx while the teamviewer I have here is in English and the ID starts with 6xx xxx xxx. Is this the problem?

Hmmm, did you install the Italian version of teamviewer on the machine in Italy? ( really not sure why that would make a difference)
Perhaps trying to install the same version in Italy as you have locally would help.
What happens when you use the ID staring with 2 on the local machine?

Yes..I sent the english download link to my Italian friend, but when he downloaded it it became Italian..

I type the ID from Italy in exactly as what he tell me, but it says the same thing I have in quote from my original post..cant establish connection..the ID is not existed. I'm very sure I type in the correct ID but for some reasons it can't make a connection.
