In my local "Computers & Contacts" list, an (unsupervised) remote computer was suddenly listed as "Offline". I figured that remote computer had a power failure or something. On a lark, I tried connecting to it. It connected!!
When I went to my Management Console, that remote computer was NOT listed as being offline. But it still showed as "Offline" in my "Computers & Contacts".
I rebooted TeamViewer on my local computer, and the remote computer suddenly showed in "Computers & Contacts" as NOT being offline. Huh?
So it would seem that my local "Computers & Contacts" list wasn't being properly updated. Is this a known issue? That is, if I see a remote machine as being offline in my "Computers & Contacts" list, do I really have to reboot TeamViewer to be sure? Is there some other way to command a refresh of that list without restarting the program?

just a glitch in the server likely, i wouldn't worry about it. If you see something odd, a reboot is often the cure.

Well, I guess I don't know if such a thing is odd. I would have sent someone out to figure out why the power was off on the remote machine. So whenever I see a machine listed as being offline, I have to reboot TV to be sure it really is? That kinda sucks. What I was asking about is if there was some simple command that could instruct the local client to reset -- as in "I'm not sure I can believe you. Please try again".

By odd i meant...if you are expecting a specific machine to be online and it isn't, then that may be considered odd if all else is "in order".
