Title: connection lost

Hi, I use Teaviewer 9 (free license) on my laptop and PC (both with W7) and the connection between them worked very well. Recently I am tried to do the remote connection with my PC, on my list it is on-line but I cannot do the connection. I need urgently to do this connection, please help me! Thanks!

have you tried rebooting your machine and trying the connection again?
is there any way to have the remote machine rebooted?
