Title: Teamviewer Quicksupport on Samsung
Post by: jkimb0422 on January 15, 2014, 03:08:31 PM
I do not often use Quicksupport, but I use it to help me support my family members that have Samsung Android devices.

Back about 2 months ago, QS was working perfectly fine.  I have Teamview installed on my Windows 7 PC and my MAC.  I had no issue access any of the 5 Samsung devices, Galaxy S3's, S4's and Note 3's.  Now, today I tried to access them and all I get is a black box, the same size at what would have normally been the phones desktop.  I get the same thing on my PC and my MAC.  I uninstalled QS from one of my phones, and reinstalled, did not fix.  I uninstalled from my PC, still nothing.  It seems strange that it's every phone from both systems.

Did something change on an update to QS, or did a firmware update to the phones maybe cause the issue?

how long did this last?  occasionally the TV servers act up a bit and cause connectivity issues.  see if it resolves itself.  You might try to post on thir Facebook page and see what they say:
