Title: Show host status (keyboard, mouse) prior to login?
Post by: TheForce on January 22, 2014, 06:05:25 PM
Maybe I've missed this somewhere, and google searches haven't uncovered anything, but is there a way to tell the status of the host in terms of keyboard and mouse activity prior to connecting?   I'm making the transition from LogMeIn and like what I see so far with TV but I'm missing the LogMeIn status of "The host computer keyboard and mouse have been inactive for XXX" that I'd see right before logging in to the host.    I found that very useful knowing if I was going to be interfering with someone's session before I actually attached.

Is that status buried somewhere within TV and/or a log somewhere?  Or is there perhaps a third party utility to load that would give the same information?

Hi guys

I have exactly the same question as TheForce.

It's a feature I haven't found on TV yet and it worked great on LogMeIn.

Im not aware of that feature, maybe a post to the teamviewer facebook page as a suggestion would help.
