Title: Problem remote controlling from iMac/iphone

Hi,

i'm trying to access my remote computer (a POS) which is using windows xp from my iMac and iphone. used to be able to do it without a problem. Now  the connection cannot be established at all. I tried rebooting my iMac and tried but still cannot. I used my iphone to remote in  and it said:" Protocol negotiation fail, please try again".
what could be the problem?

I've check the remote computer's ID and password being correct. Do i have to reboot or reinstall Teamviewer 8 again on that remote computer?

make sure you are using an updated version on both machines to start, sometime they are not backwards compatible, ie try to connect to a machine with TV 8 with TV9 etc especially across platforms.
