Teamviewer is telling me I have less than 10% free disk space on my computer in the Computers and Contacts panel. I have 157 GB free on a 225 GB drive so there is no way this can be correct. Can anyone suggest something that I can check? I was going to use Teamviewer for the first time tonight but this doesn't exactly inspire a great deal of confidence.

Are you sure it is the computer you are sitting that this notice is about?
How many hard drives do you have on that system?
-
I have the exact same situation!
The computer I'm connecting to has a 150GB O/S partition (C:) with 91GB Free. I also have a 200GB data partition (D:) on the same drive, with 45GB free. Note that the machine has a 2TB USB attached disk (F:) with only 100GB free. Is it possible that TV is looking at all the disks on the computer, and not just the O/S one??
I'm running Win Vista on the machine, with the latest update of TV9-Free.
Thanks.

To be honest, I'd expect that to be the case

disconnect that 2TB drive and see if it still shows the alert.

Test completed.
Disconnect USB drive, reboot, and NOTIFICATION is now gone. Interesting.
New question to experienced TV folks following this thread:
Can the criteria for the LOW DISK SPACE notification be changed through an app settings or registry entry? For example, change the percentage amount, or use something different like amount of free disk in MB? Better yet, is there a way to disable this check, or limit it to only certain drive letters?
Admittedly, this is a VERY SMALL annoyance for a great product! Thanks.

very interesting...so if ANY drive in the system is below 10% you get the alert.
not sure about changing the settings.

Hi all first post here, can I just add to this topic that I have had this problem also but in my case it was because I had a drive encrypted with windows bitlocker and it was locked when I installed TV thus Tv could not access the drive and read the freespace, as soon as I unlocked the drive and click recheck in Tv the warning disappeared.
