Title: Protocol negotiation failed on TV 9

Hi,

I am using window 7 and not able to connect TV with other system(window 7 , mac), I have also try this post http://teamviewerforums.com/index.php?topic=1234.0, but no luck for me I have uninstalled and again install fresh TV on my machine but its not working. Could anyone help me for this?
I have send mail to support@teamviewer.com with my log file and Ticket no is 1321587. This issue happens after upgrading TV 9.

I am having the SAME problem from work using the "run" option. NEVER can connect from work!!! nobody??? seriously???

Perhaps 'work' blocks this?
