Title: VOIP - no mic/speakers
Post by: frtachi on February 17, 2014, 02:57:55 PM
When trying to open VOIP comunication i get Team Viewer to say both microphone and speakers are disconnected.

In settings there is only one option under microphone and speakers: Standard recording/playback device.

Im using pulseaudio sound server. Could that be the issue?

How can it be solved?

I have a problem with Skype and pulseaudio.  My mic/camera is a C260 Logitech Webcam.

To get Skype working I unchecked use pulseaudio.

I was testing Teamviewer for video/talk like your problem states.  My video is recognized, but, like you I have no choice in the microphone selection.  So I'm in the same boat as you.  If I find a solution I'll report back here.  I'm using PCLinuxOS KDE 32 bit.
