Title: Key Combination (Ctrl-Alt-A) Doesn't Work

I'm trying to send a key combination of Ctrl-Alt-A, but it doesn't seem to be working.  How can I get this to work?

FYI: I already have "Send Key Combinations" checked in Options -> Remote Control.

Have you tried an on-screen keyboard?
eg
Control panel >> Ease of access centre

It's a little bit of a kludge, but at least it works.
