Title: Unattended Access Question - Restrict client view of my account
Post by: nightwolf92 on February 20, 2014, 11:03:45 AM
Hello,

I have my family setup as unattended access under my account so I can help them as we are spread out across a couple of states.

When I set up unattended access with my family, I add their username, password and link it to my account. However It signed them into my account on their side. This is something that I would like to avoid, I do not want them having access to my other computers that have unattended access, is there any way to allow myself to list them under my account without allowing them having to be logged into my account?

Thank you,
NightWolf92

This must have been done during install on those computers.

Check the settings at the remote (your family member's end), to ensure that they don't log in automtically.

You will still be able to access their computers, with TV running, without being logged in.
You only need to log in to access your 'computers and contacts' list...
