Title: TeamViewer doesn't detect internet connection when using static IP
Post by: DragonQ on March 02, 2014, 09:40:31 AM
I use TeamViewer on my Windows 2012 Server machine and I need to set the network card to statically assign its IP rather than using DHCP. However, when I do this, TeamViewer no longer thinks the machine is connected to the internet (even though it is) and so it won't let me login, meaning I can't access the machine from elsewhere.

Can anyone else confirm this problem? I'm not sure what to try but I need both TeamViewer and static IPs so if this is a bug I'll need to ask them to fix it.
