Title: TV9 My ID suddenly changed?

I have been running teamviewer for quite some time on one of my systems, the ID has always been the same for a few months now. Today the ID has changed, I did not know this was possible. The system had not been rebooted, nor has any of the hardware changed (which would require unplugging, hence rebooting).

I was logged into the system last night, and today I couldn't access. Went to look and the ID was different. And the system had not rebooted as all my other applications were intact.

Has anyone else seen this happen? Is there any way for me to ever get my old ID back?

That is unusual, you need to create a support ticket and send your log files:

I had one machine that I support suddenly change ID number this week too (TV 8). Definitely weird
