Title: you are blacklisted or not whitelisted by this partner

I installed TV at home on an XP machine and at work on my Win7 machine.  When I try to connect from either home or work I get "you are blacklisted or not whitelisted by this partner".  Anyone have any suggestions what might be causing this?  I even tried to whitelist my two different machine accounts and no success.

What do you have set under

Extras >> Options >> security >> Black and White lists

prior to yesterday i was able to access my home pc with teamviewer from other computers or my ipad and iphone....now i get a message that im either blacklisted or need to be whitelisted.....not sure how to do this......i have written teamviewer help desk...a colleague says teamviewer thinks im using it professionly....anyway if anyone can help please post or email me directly at jzucco1@fidnet.com thanks   bob
