Title: TV and Vipre Firewall

I have Vipre Internet Security 2014 on 6 of my grown kids computers and I use Teamviewer to connect to them remotely.  They are all set up the same and all have Vipre Firewall turned on but in the Teamviewer control panel it tells me there is no firewall turned on for 4 of them.

I have tried turning off the firewall and then turning back on but it did not help.  Has anyone else seen this problem?

Is their firewall seen by their local Windows OS, specifically in the 'Action Centre'

(This is my first post to the forum, so "hello"!!  ;) )

I joined this board to report that I am seeing the same problem with TeamViewer reporting that "Windows Firewall not active" on my friend's computer that I support.

She's using VIPRE Internet Security 2014 v7.

matt, I will check to see what her Windows 7 action centre shows. Thanks for the tip!
