Title: Quicksupport customization gone

Hello,
Our company had a customized quicksupport executable. We put it on ~100 computers. I wanted to change download link name, and somehow all settings were resetted. Now the customized module has different name, for example, it was TeamViewerQS_lt-idcf55fgv7.exe, now it's different, and company logo ant other information is not displayed on ~100 computers which have old quicksupport executable. Replacing all executables with a new one is cumbersome and time consuming. How can we restore the customization, so it would be like it was?
Should i contact TeamViewer support?
Is this the only way to customize QuickSupport module, via website? Can't we get modified executable, not some name dependant executable.

I know this is old but I totally agree, this is a real let down
