Hi I have a problem.
I've been using TeamViewer (THANK YOU) for a long time now to support my families PCs.
I've recently setup TeamViewer on my Mum's new PC (Windows 7 x64 Home Premium) so that I can help her with any problems.
On the first day I could log on both when I was on her network and from my own home network.
Now I don't seem to be able to access it.
What's even stranger is that if directly log onto TeamViewer on her PC:
- My Username is shown as Online at the top.
- But the PC itself is shown as offline?
I've never seen this problem before and I'm pretty sure it's set up in the same way I setup her previous PC and other PCs in our family that I can still access.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

I have solved this issue myself for now.
I had to re-add "This computer" and set up the password etc again.
I still have no idea why the original entry stopped working.

Do you have outstanding Windows updates on the user PC? I told my users to install them and reboot and the two guilty PC's came back on line.
It might help. Did for me.
