Title: Cannot connect: alert saying I have less than 10%

I also have this alert saying I have less than 10% but the real problem is that
I can't connect remotely to that computer. So ITbrain is functioning but why can't
I connect to the computer with teamviewer?
It shows that computer in the contacts panel that it is online. It also says that it
is 'Connecting' but it just keeps on saying 'Connecting'.
I'm not at home to do anything to that computer. I really need to connect to it. How can I?

I suspect that the 'ITBrain' data is cached
