There is a connect button on the right hand side

Is the computer you are trying to connect to accessible? Is it turned on?

Dear matt,

Many thanks for the reply!
The computers are avalaible (there is a green buttom near the name of PC).
I have tried to press in the right side the buttom "connect", but my internet browser (firefox) proceeds to the next page, where it is written:

" Unknown type of address

Firefox does not know how to open this adress, since one of the following protocols (teamviewer8) is not connected with any programm or is not allowed in this context

To open this address you probably need to install the third party software"

Ah yep, it seems to open Teamviewer8 for me.

Seems like you need TV8 installed to use that

Dear Matt,

Thank you for reply!
I have installed TV, version 9.
It is runnig (there is an icon of TV in the bottom right side of desktop)...
May be the problem is in the difference of versions of TV (to use internet browser it is necessary to install version 8)?
