I have to instruct my sister in Chicago (on COMCAST) every time she needs me to connect. I instruct her on unstalling, then running the setup program again. Teamviewer runs again with the same ID. This may work for several days until "no ID or password" again. Then I have to tell her how to uninstall and reinstall to get connected. This has been going on for at least 1 year. It also happens to a brother in Palm Bay Florida, although I only help him about once every 2 months. Any suggestions? All computers are win 7. Both are on COMCAST.
