I have recently purchased a new router. A Mikrotik with routeros and a new laptop. I could not get the teamviewer to work on my new laptop. I then went to check my other computers and noticed that they would not connect either. I also around that time installed the new router so I thought maybe this was the culprit. However I installed the old router and they still did not connect so I am wondering if something else is up. I get the Teamviewer is activating and then it says Not Ready. Please check your connection.
I have also placed a ticket with teamviewer.
