Title: TV 9.0 first level layout non transmitted

Hello, I read many discussions but no-one seems like mine.

I am using TV 9 between to up-to-date Ubuntu 14.04 machines.

I cannot transmit special characters on the FIRST level of the layout.

BUT the other levels (second, third and fourth) are transmitted without problems.

So, with the international layout I CAN transmit
<>?:"|{}+_~|綫»×¥“”°Ç
but I CANNOT
,./;'\[]=-`\

Changing layout to Italian I CAN trasmit
;:_ç°§é*^?|>@#[]~`¬«×{}¦»
but I CANNOT
,.-òàùè+ì'\<

So... Any help?
Indeed it is not a problem of the character UTF code (note the characters < and ; which I can transmit with one layout but not on the other) and I do not know where to look for.
