Title: "computers & contacts" window freezes up at random times

I have a problem across all my computers where my "computers & contacts" window will freeze or hang and not is not usable. closing the window via right click on taskbar window doesn't work, nor does closing TV. I have to go in an end the process and the TV service in Task Manager to fix this. and I am doing this on ALL computers on a daily basis!!! please help!!!
