Title: How do I add license to iPad

I have an existing TV 8 license.  Sales told me in order to use my iPad I would have to purchase an additional workstation license which I did.  I was sent a new license but I do not see where to add it to my iPad.  I continue to get the 'play fair' message when I exit a session in my iPad.

From what I can tell, the ONLY way to use a licenced version of TV on an iPad, is to purchase the approx $150 iPad version
It seems it is licenced separately from TV

This is what they told me that initiated by purchase of an additional workstation license:

"Hello Robert,
Thank you for the email.
Yes, you would need to add an additional workstation. This would allow you to use the iPad or computer but not simultaneously. The cost would be $139 for a workstation or $300 to add a workstation and update to version 9.
