I use the webclient from work to access my remote computer (cannot install the full app on work computer).
I can connect to the remote computer with no issues, but I cannot actually do anything. Sometimes the cursor (on my side) completely disappears when I put it in the webclient window, and other times it's there - no matter what, I cannot click on anything on the remote computer. I opened the chat and started a session with the remote computer and was able to see the chat screen pop up on that screen with what I typed (so I can see the screen is displaying the remote desktop and it isn't frozen). I used to have no issues, but I cannot figure out what would be blocking me from now being able to interact with that remote desktop.
Any assistance would be appreciated!

I am having this same problem. It just started in the past week to 10 days. It only happens on my Windows 8.1 machine. Access to 2 other laptops is ok (they run Win 7 and Vista) accessing with webclient. I can access the Windows 8.1 machine with my iphone app and using the teamviewer app from my other machines, just not the webclient.

Hi, I'm having almost this exact problem connecting from Mac OSX 10.9.5 to Windows 7 with the desktop client, v10.0.47374. The only difference is that I've noticed that the cursor doesn't completely disappear, I can still make out one or two pixels of it if I squint really hard. What's even wilder is that it was able to connect correctly earlier today, but now no longer, despite re-connecting several times and re-starting teamviewer.
