Title: Cannot assist from Android or PC to another Android tablet

Ok - So I have been an Team Viewer for while and I have used it from a PC (Vista and Win7 /OS) and from my iPad2 (awhile back).   A have now moved over to Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1) I do have the latest version loaded. 

I have tried to remote login from my tablet to my fathers tablet (ASUS- memo pad) and I get a "Connection could not be established"  Now I use to be able to connect from tablet (iPad) to computer and from computer to iPad. 

Am I doing something wrong???   I have this set up so I can assist my family up north with technical assistance.

Kann nicht auf Android Gerät zugreifen.
Meldung: "Der gewünschte Partner nimmt keine eingehenden Verbindungen an"
Was mach ich falsch?

This does not appear to be an option for the Android version of TeamViewer (Android 4.4.2, TeamViewer 10.0.3027 QS).
